Saints & Pinners is an online fabric retail business. We sell contemporary and retro fabrics and patterns with a focus on items suitable for children, family and home.
We aim to provide you with complete satisfaction and if you have any suggestions or comments we would be pleased to receive them.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy, browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished choosing, click on ‘checkout’, you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
When we have received your order you will receive an email acknowledging receipt, and we will despatch your order as soon as possible.
If you wish to pay by cheque, choose the 'pay by cheque' option when you check out, print out the order form and post it to us with your cheque. Your cheque should be made out to ‘Saints & Pinners’ and we will despatch your order as soon as your cheque clears.
Minimum Order
The minimum order for fabric is 0.25m, which will be cut as a fat quarter, unless you specify you require a long quarter.
Shipping and Handling
We will dispatch all orders by the next working day at the latest (this excludes orders paid for by cheque, which we will dispatch as soon as your cheque clears). All orders up to 5 metres will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class packet or parcel rate, whichever is most appropriate. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class mail the next working day. Parcel post usually takes 3-5 working days. Packing and handling charges will be kept to a minimum.
Credit Card Security
Payments are made to Saints & Pinners using Barclaycard Business and is completely secure. All customer details are encrypted so you can enter your information with confidence. Payments made in UK Pounds Sterling (UK £).
During the payment process you'll be redirected to a secure Barclaycard payment site to enter your card details and then returned to the Saints & Pinners site once your payment has been accepted and processed.
Returns and cancellations
If you are unhappy with an item you can return it to us. If the item is in its original condition we will issue a full refund. We recommend that you receive proof of postage or return it by recorded delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
