Flossie's festive fabric wreath
About this item
A gorgeous fabric wreath for Christmas from the very talented Florence Knapp of shop Made by Florence and the Flossie Teacakes blog. She'll be stocking a couple of these wreaths in her shop (be quick!) alongside her other beautifully made items.
This was made by Florence: These Christmas wreaths are so easy to make and what's really lovely is that there's no need to be tied to the sewing machine, as they can be made sitting by the fire, watching a Christmassy video on a Sunday afternoon with children helping. Perfect. They simply require a hoop of wire, which you can make yourself, and then the tying on of many, many pieces of fabric - I think I used about 200 strips to make mine, with each measuring 3.5cm x 16cm, which can be cut out quickly using a rotary cutter.
