Girl’s tunic and skirt. Top is tunic-length with spaghetti straps, buttoned placket at back, and gathered ruffle at bodice yoke seam. Full, gathered skirt has two elastic casings with a centred drawstring that ties at the side.
Fran made this: A special summer outfit which works well with crisp cottons. As an experienced sewer I made the mistake of trying to second-guess where the pattern might take me - but found that by just following the pattern it will work.
Difficulty: Easy to intermediate.
