This is the very pretty Swing Coat from WholeGrainBaby and comes in three sizes: 1/2T, 3/4T and 5/6T.

This was made by Fran: I made this coat using craft/fashion weight cottons - Amy Butler Coriander in Seagreen and Full Moon Polka Dots in Tangerine. This is a reversible coat, and you could also make it in a heavier weight fabric for winter. An experienced sewer could make this in one sitting, and a less experienced sewer could still complete the coat very quickly.
